Sivananthi Thanenthiran, Executive Director of the Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW). 

Sivananthi has authored regional monitoring reports on the progress governments have made towards their commitments to gender equality and sexual and reproductive rights in the region under the ‘Reclaiming and Redefining Rights’ series published by ARROW. Under her leadership, ARROW expanded its work to include the intersections of sexual and reproductive rights and critical development issues such as climate change, migration and disabilities through creation and development of cutting- edge, thought-provoking publications. Sivananthi is also a She Decides champion, and sits on the leadership of the Action Coalition on Bodily Autonomy and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of UN Women, and on UNFPA’s Global Advisory Council.
